1 cup Greek or Coconut Yogurt
1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamo
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C)
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sea salt, and cinnamo
- Add the yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and roll it out to about 1/2 inch thickness
- Use a donut cutter or two circular glasses to cut out your shapes
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick avocado oil and place the donuts in the basket without overcrowding
- Bake the donuts for 5 to 7 minutes or until they turn golden brow
- Remove carefully and let cool on a wire rack
