1 cup Greek or Coconut Yogurt
1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamo


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C)
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sea salt, and cinnamo
  3. Add the yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms
  4. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and roll it out to about 1/2 inch thickness
  5. Use a donut cutter or two circular glasses to cut out your shapes
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick avocado oil and place the donuts in the basket without overcrowding
  7. Bake the donuts for 5 to 7 minutes or until they turn golden brow
