12 oz Gluten-Free Angel Hair Pasta
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
1 large Organic Lemon (Zest and Juice)
1 cup Fresh Parsley and Basil (packed)
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Sea Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil
  2. Add the gluten-free angel hair pasta and cook for 2 to 4 minutes
  3. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant
  4. Add red pepper flakes and lemon zest to the skillet
  5. Transfer the cooked pasta directly from the water into the skillet, along with a bit of starchy pasta water
  6. Pour in the fresh lemon juice and toss the pasta vigorously
  7. Remove from heat, fold in the fresh herbs, and serve immediately

Notes

Use a large pot for boiling pasta to avoid clumping.
