4 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
1 large Organic Lemon (Zest and Juice)
1 cup Fresh Parsley and Basil (packed)
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Sea Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil
- Add the gluten-free angel hair pasta and cook for 2 to 4 minutes
- While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant
- Add red pepper flakes and lemon zest to the skillet
- Transfer the cooked pasta directly from the water into the skillet, along with a bit of starchy pasta water
- Pour in the fresh lemon juice and toss the pasta vigorously
- Remove from heat, fold in the fresh herbs, and serve immediately
Notes
Use a large pot for boiling pasta to avoid clumping.
Warm serving bowls before adding the pasta to maintain texture.
