  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add shallots and cook until translucent. Stir in garlic and rosemary until fragrant
  3. Blister the Cranberries: Add fresh cranberries to the skillet, increase heat, stir frequently, then add maple syrup and balsamic vinegar until the berries softe
