1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions
- Prepare the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, reserving some pasta water before draining
- Sauté the Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add shallots and cook until translucent. Stir in garlic and rosemary until fragrant
- Blister the Cranberries: Add fresh cranberries to the skillet, increase heat, stir frequently, then add maple syrup and balsamic vinegar until the berries softe
- Combine and Emulsify: Toss cooked spaghetti with cranberry mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed. Fold in spinach or arugula
