Description

Crispy air fryer vegetables that are quick to prepare and full of flavor, perfect as a side dish for BBQ or other meals.


Ingredients

2 cups Broccoli Florets
2 medium Bell Peppers
1 large Zucchini
1 small Red Onio
2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to Taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Dry the vegetables thoroughly and place them in a large mixing bowl
  3. Drizzle the avocado oil over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly
  4. Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and toss again to ensure seasoning is distributed
  5. Arrange the vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary
  6. Set the timer for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking
  7. When done, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately
