Ingredients

2 cups Broccoli Florets
2 medium Bell Peppers
1 large Zucchini
1 small Red Onio
2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
- Dry the vegetables thoroughly and place them in a large mixing bowl
- Drizzle the avocado oil over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly
- Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and toss again to ensure seasoning is distributed
- Arrange the vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary
- Set the timer for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking
- When done, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately
