30 oz Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
2 cups Sour Cream
10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup Melted Butter
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Onion Powder
2 cups Cornflakes, crushed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, half of the melted butter, and onion powder. Stir until smooth
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and thawed hashbrowns until well coated
- Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish
- In a separate bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with remaining melted butter and sprinkle over the potato mixture
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly

Ensure hashbrowns are fully thawed for best results.
