Description

30 oz Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
2 cups Sour Cream
10.5 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup Melted Butter
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Onion Powder
2 cups Cornflakes, crushed
Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, half of the melted butter, and onion powder. Stir until smooth
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and thawed hashbrowns until well coated
  4. Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish
  5. In a separate bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with remaining melted butter and sprinkle over the potato mixture
  6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly
